Knowing my capabilites I have set rules that I believe has given me the ability to consistently maintain 100% client retention. I do not read from a script, I make sure that regardless of the situation I am honest with the client, honesty builds trust, trust builds loyalty. I also make sure that I am the only person that my customer talks to and when they call, I answer. If I cannot answer right away, I make sure to return their call promptly even if it means a call just to let them know that I received their message and set a specific time to talk the next day.
