With a proven track record at Phil's Expert Tree Service, Inc., I leveraged operations management and a strong work ethic to enhance business growth and client satisfaction. Skilled in hazardous tree evaluation and fostering positive customer relations, I significantly improved safety and operational efficiency. My leadership ensured team productivity and financial performance, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and innovation in arboricultural practices. For over 25 years I have obtained a vast wealth of knowledge in the horticulture field, from drafting landscape plans, picking out material, installation of material and woking with landscape architects. I have had the position of overseeing very large crews during several disasters. In 2004 I oversaw a large crew of men with a 100 ton crane to remove downed Australian pines behind townhouses and on a canal bank that were on the roofs of the homes. In 2005 (Hurricane Wilma) I oversaw the entire clean up crew for The City of Parkland, from debris removal to hanger leaner contracts working under Ashbritt Environmental Services. In 2017 I oversaw a crew of 26 employees after Hurricane Irma swept through the City of Lauderhill. We removed hundreds of trees from the canals with barges and cranes, removed all damaged trees along ROW and parks etc..., and secured the hanger/leaner contract along with hauling vegetation debris to the staging site. I have been a certified Arborist since 2008 and my passion are trees and plants but also knowing where they belong in our urban environment.
