I was responsible for handling incoming calls for Verizon Wireless customers. I was able to assist customers with resetting their passwords, navigating the website, and making purchases.
I worked two assignments for this company. The first was for TSYS. I worked as a Charegeback Specilist assissting with fraud transactions. I was responible for charging back fraudulent charges to the correct account (vendor or customer). I also have worked for Road America in their customer service department. I assisted with dispatching roadside assistance to customers all over the country, as well as Canada.
I was responsible for helping residents with their activities of daily living. This included, but not limited to helping with eating, dressing, bathing, using the restroom,etc. I was also responsible for making sure that the resident call lights were answered in a timely manner, and their needs were attended to.
