I have worked staff RN here as well as charge RN at the Free Standing ER in Malbis. I started here in Dec 2017 and for the last 6 yrs have been on the weekend shift (WOW). I currently work night shift.

• Provided direct patient care, stabilized patients, and determined next course of action.
• Collaborated with physicians to quickly assess patients and deliver appropriate treatment while managing rapidly changing conditions.
• Educated patients, families and caregivers on diagnosis and prognosis, treatment options, disease process, and management and lifestyle options.

I worked at Sacred Heart Pediatric ER for 6 years as a full night mid shift/night shift nurse. the last 2 years I was a full time charge RN on night shift. I managed patient care, educating parents, as well as worked pediatric traumas. I absolutely loved working with kids and the only reason I left was due to long drive and job opening close to home.

I worked at a small hospital ER and then the free standing ER for Witham in Lebanon IN. We treated patients from birth to elderly.

I worked 2 years in adult Intermediate ICU as well as floated to MICU, CCU, and respiratory ICU. Within a year I was orienting new staff and filling in as charge on the respiratory ICU floor
