  • Manage up to 10 Homeowner Associations in the Northwest suburbs of Denver
  • Responsible for management of the Board of Directors
  • Responsible for creating a board packet for all board, budget, and annual meetings for each Community
  • Responsible for the creation of Newsletters

  • Responsible for the creation of all mailings to homeowners by consulting the governing documents for each Community to ensure they are done in the proper timeframe
  • Perform bi-monthly inspections at each Community and process all violations in accordance to the policy in place
  • Ensure all Communities have vendors in place for water, sewer, trash, landscape/snow, pool services and any other services contracted by the Association
  • Offer a minimum of three proposals for each project being considered by the Board where directed
  • Create contracts for Communities and implement
  • Answer all questions from any realtor or mortgage company during the sale of each home in the Community
  • Required to return all vendor and homeowners phone calls within 24 hours
  • Be available for on-call emergency phone calls on a quarterly basis for Homestead Management
  • Coordinate any emergency services for up to 125 Associations
  • Educate Association board members on changes to legislation that directly affect each Community
  • Ensure that each policy is created with an attorney and implemented
  • Follow the guidance of each policy where available.
