• Perform dual role as Senior Manager of Compliance Global Investigations and North America Compliance & Ethics

• Built Company's global reporting and investigations program from ground-up, including design of case handling, escalation, and oversight process and implementation of global Compliance Helpline and case management solution
• Designed and implemented Company's first global, automated process for due diligence of third-party dealers and distributors, including creation of risk scoring and segmentation criteria, due diligence questionnaires, and procedures for enhanced due diligence

• Led compliance training program delivered to more than 40,000 employees worldwide
• Led several global projects to reduce Company's risk in areas such as anti-corruption and export controls in global distribution channel

• Redesigned Company's compliance training program resulting in a targeted, risk-based curriculum and improved delivery strategy

• Created new risk-intelligence program which facilitated tracking of travelers, expatriates, and company assets and provided monitoring of global events for potential impact
