  • Collaborates with the Director of Community Outreach and Health Improvement and the Clinical Nurse Manager in the development of the bimonthly events calendar, including determining which events and activities are to be offered
  • Independently coordinates all logistics of calendar, including communication with community organizations and businesses to ensure the appropriate setting for each type of activity and confirmation of event logistics. Meets deadlines established for calendar to ensure appropriate publicity of events
  • Regularly monitors and keeps the Community Outreach and Health Improvement team SharePoint calendar current with all the assigned events and activities within and outside of our organization
  • Ensures adequate and efficient staffing of Community Outreach and Health Improvement events. Independently manages the recruitment of Nurses and volunteers to staff events, as determined by staffing protocols
  • Inputs all Community Outreach and Health Improvement Nurse’s scheduled time into Kronos (payroll) after each event
  • Collects event statistics including activity and screenings, nurse pool, supply utilization, and other statistics as requested
