within 6 months on a new Overnight Reset team
Home Depot selected our district to be part of the test
pilot to see if it would increase project execution time
This team was responsible for all the heavy resets
that were difficult to do during normal business hours
Projects were assigned nightly to reset bays
according to the current assigned planogram
We set the steel structure, merchandising the shelves
according to the schematics, sequenced the bay and Correctly priced the product
We installed displays and
fixture as necessary ensuring the project was executed 100%
During down time we would set bays to the
assigned planogram that currently weren't set 100%
I remained on this team until I transferred to the Bay
Area in 2016.
