- Within 6 months I was assigned to BIT (Bay Integrity tasking) where I was responsible for all daily price changes and sale ads each week
- I was offered a full time position within 6 months on a new Overnight Reset team
- Home Depot selected our district to be part of the test pilot to see if it would increase project execution time
- This team was responsible for all the heavy resets that were difficult to do during normal business hours
- Projects were assigned nightly to reset bays according to the current assigned planogram
- We set the steel structure, merchandising the shelves according to the schematics, sequenced the bay and Correctly priced the product
- We installed displays and fixture as necessary ensuring the project was executed 100%
- During down time we would set bays to the assigned planogram that currently weren't set 100%
- I remained on this team until I transferred to the Bay
