• We are in charge of scheduling appointments, making our own schedule, doing presentations for our one of a kind products, selling our products, and putting in orders for the customers to receive their purchases.

• Making sure the clients are going to groups, escorting the clients to doctors appointments, running groups, doing room checks and searches, checking clients into detox or rehab, and doing small cleaning tasks.

• Working in a fast paced environment fulfilling orders for customers. Imputing information into the computer for the truck drivers and the stores to have.

• Answering phone calls from customers and answering questions about their bills, statements, and added services. Fixing problems with their services. Up selling products and services to the customers.

• Assisting customers with the purchase of their car, going over the paperwork in order for them to take their car home, and helping the public find their dream car!

• Working on the production line in silicon to cut and repair the coils that were to be sent to the customer. Inspection, I sat and made sure the quality of the coil was sufficient for the customer. And when I was in the chem lab pieces of metal would be sent in tubes and it was my job to test the metal from the melt shop, and making sure the nitrogen and oxygen levels were sufficient.

• Running the restaurant with no other manager there. A daily meeting on how to run the day shift faster and more efficient. Being in charge of a crew of 10 employees or more at a given time and making sure that the customers got what they ordered in a specific time from when they placed their order. Counting the drawers at the end and at the beginning of every shift and depositing when needed.
