I assisted a patient with muscular dystrophy who was wheelchair bound with all ADLs including transferring with a hoyer and trach and ventilator care including suctioning. I ordered his trach/ventilator supplies and medications. Attended medical appointments and reported and changes to the next shift. The patient had 24/7 care.

• Monitored vital signs such as pulse rate, respiration rate, and blood pressure.
