Washington County Drug Court (August 2023-December 2023). My role includes attending court, taking court notes, updating resource lists, updating group meeting lists for NA/AA/other, writing court orders, and completing odds and ends tasks when they arise.

Volunteer Experiences

  • EOA Children's House in Springdale, Arkansas (2019). This consisted of volunteering in the 3 year old classroom to help with behavioral management, assist with recess and lunch duties, facilitate crafts with groups of kids
  • Children's Hospital in Springdale, Arkansas (2022 - 2023). Initially, I began in the Playroom on the 4th floor going in and out of inpatient rooms to bring toys or crafts to the child(ren), offering a break to the parent/guardian, and providing company to the child(ren) or parent/guardian via facilitating crafts or games
  • Canopy in Fayetteville, Arkansas (2022). Myself and my co-sponsor team worked with a family from Columbia to help integrate them into society, while keeping their culture intact. The list of responsibilities varied greatly depending on the need of the family in a particular moment or situation.
