• Manage $11 million logistics support budget for supporting the Norwegian Royal Air Force and Norwegian Materiel Defense Agency (NDMA) and NATO Supply and Procurement Agency (NSPA).
• Develop and edit Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for 19 year follow on logistics support contract proposal; assist with other proposals in pursuit of future TPY-4 business.
• Coordinate with NDMA, subcontractor Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace (KDA) and internal stakeholders to align strategic planning and complete deliverables (training, IETM development, spares and repairs documentation).
• Author, edit, revise and ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables are on time and comply with scheduled milestones.
• Identify and quantify risks and potential opportunities to be recognized over the course of the program’s 20 year period of performance and apply them to ROADS (risk management tool) for accurate tracking.
• Control Account Manager (CAM) for multiple charge accounts; responsible for monthly status of tasks and earned value. Current logistics status is green.
• Establish strong relationships and clear communication of goals with LM internal teams for operations, technical publications and training.

• Responsible for coordinating and initializing the Digital Transition program tracking effort of Airborne Radar (AHE) to automation program Logistik; full implementation Q4 2023.
• Review, measure and track health metrics of repairs for E-2D, including Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), annual deliveries completed, failure rates and scheduled margin to provide forecasting and insight analysis for future contract evidence based negotiations. Secured 98 percent return rate to customer in 2022.
• Create, edit and monitor report analytics for Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) customer to review and develop future contractual amendments as well as business growth opportunities (new S3 BOA contract development to identify additional items for potential repair).
• Review, edit and analyze Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Statement of Work (SOW) for current customer Northrup Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) for contract completion and renewal for 2023.

• Implemented Agile processes to increase productivity of feature and software development by IETM X development team utilizing Gitlab.

• Responsible for creation of schedule for daily stand ups and follow up actions to ensure no interruption to work flow and development.

• Engage with key stakeholders to review progress and present ideas and outline short term and long term goals for development teams to accomplish.

• Maintain and edit Gitlab task assignments while structuring sprint processes for development team.

• Organize monthly sprint reviews, retrospectives and next sprint planning to review progress of program and how improvements can be implemented monthly.

• Reviewed, wrote and validated procedures on special test equipment (STE) at LM locations to ensure accurate customer support documentation.

• Identified and updated safety requirements to meet government standardization.

• Trained customer on correct STE operations and maintenance procedures while answering questions and providing key insights into new advancements.

• ARMY Customer satisfaction surveys on training and support averaged 4.8/5 for all 4 training sessions held at Tobyhanna.

• Author, edit and review technical publications for TPS-59 and GBASRADR programs.
• Implement S1000D conversion for program manual content.
• Author and build data modules for IETM publication builds.
• Review, write and validate procedures (maintenance, remove and replace, etc.).
• Review and implement peer and customer reviews for accurate completion.
• Effective collaboration with engineers, stakeholders and customer to ensure accurate and complete documentation and review of technical publications.
