
I am a dedicated member of my team who is driven to take care of the customer with the proper information and resolving issues. I listen to the concerns of each customer and am empathetic to their needs while working to resolve the issue. I have worked my way up over 13 years in my current role with Cigna. Started in 2012 with Cigna in the role of Customer Service Proclaim and then moved into Choice funds. In 2014 moved onto a pilot team for PSA and then onto One Guide in 2016. In July 2021 I moved on to the dedicated team for Progressive. In February 2023 became Account Champion. This role involved me providing feedback and reminders to the team on the high level importance of the account and client expectations. The end of 2023, I accepted a role for Health ACE, which I am currently in. Health ACE was a brand new role model for Cigna and only 20 customer advocates out of 200 were chosen. I find patience is key when helping members navigate myCigna.com or trying to come up with different ways to explain processes or terms that they might not understand. Looking for an opportunity to continue my growth with the company.
