I am a patient-oriented nursing professional with five years of hands-on experience in delivering direct and indirect patient care to individuals as an LPN in settings such as short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse since May of 2018 and have been practicing since July of 2018. I will be a graduate of Helene Fuld College of Nursing in May of 2024. Within my role as an LPN, I provide care for 30 to 60 patients per shift. My care includes observations for changes in condition, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, wound care, laboratory and diagnostic monitoring, and completing admissions as they come. I skillfully complete tasks and foster relationships with patients.
