I believe that every student enters the classroom with background, individuality, and personal challenges. Every student is different in how they view and interact with the world around them. My philosophy from day one of teaching is to embrace the whole child. This means to ensure that my students value their own lives, while also learning to empathize with and respect the lives in their classroom, in their communities, and in their world. Considering the whole child from the moment they walk through the door is my philosophy, and I will strive to maintain it with vigor.
