  • The projects are in different states and my responsibilities are to stay current on payroll tax changes and regulations, process biweekly full payroll for more than 90 employees and vendors in different states, build HR database, file data and work at other aspects in all projects

  • My responsibilities included preparation of the annual action plan of the PA, including the preparation of the state-owned enterprises for divestment, specification of the terms for privatization of assets available for sale, preparation of the documentation required in the privatization process, specification of the methods of sale and conducting an active marketing campaign

  • To that end, detailed quarterly reports on the PA proceedings were prepared and statistical data were gathered as a tool for reporting on the status of the state-owned assets offered for privatization.
