Considering my 10+ years of work experience, 8 of which I am in direct contact with the hiring of candidates as well as the new training and preparation of them for the job position as well as the involvement in all aspects of a company with more than 100 employees gave me the opportunity to improve my communication skills, working under pressure, as well as the ability to excellently evaluate candidates during an interview. My current job position as Administrative Director and the entire process of promotion to it, I have acquired the most skills in communication with employees, mediating between management and employees, training candidates and overcoming all other obstacles for placing an employee suitable for the position.I am currently a project manager for the implementation of ISO standards in the company I work for, which gives me the opportunity to further upgrade myself.
