Lead all logistical and administrative activities for Diamond Resorts; track inventory levels, monitor supply requests and usage, and ensure all requests complied with outlined guidelines and allotted budgets

Facilitate any required training needed by the Resort, Front Office Managers and agents regarding inventory, Clarity system, and segments
Forecast future business within 3-5% accuracy as management requests

Coordinate event logistics, scheduling, and support including booking space and dates that need attention or have special events
Work closely with General Manager(s) and Front Office Manager(s) at assigned resorts; cultivate an open line of communication and convey occupancy needs, new programs, address reservation issues, and establish an overbooking strategy and plan, etc
Recommend and launch a growth plan (succession training) and yearly goals with Resort Inventory Supervisor
Determine and track remedial training needs, corrective action, and/or progressive discipline as needed for individual team members
Review existing processes and collaborate with department managers to recommend and implement mitigation strategies and training itineraries and materials accordingly through established policies and procedures.
