• Spearheaded innovative approaches to resource allocation and strategic planning of 3-year Center of Excellence for Veteran Student Success grant administered by Department of Higher Education's Fund for Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE).
• Measured and reported qualitative and quantitative data on veteran student persistence, retention, and graduation rates in compliance with federal requirements and demonstrated significant increases compared to base line data
• Implemented and managed Mentoring Program in collaboration with Massachusetts Commonwealth Corps
• Attended and presented at local, state and national conferences on best practices
• Served as content expert providing professional development training to staff and faculty and hosted local and state conferences on challenges and barriers of working with veteran students
• Developed processes for operational effectiveness within center and other college departments
