• Design engaging, student-focused lesson plans across all subjects, including math, ELA, social studies, and science, in compliance with Indiana state standards

• Incorporated continuous spiral review, practice tests and test-taking skills, resulting in overall improvement in ILEARN math and reading scores from 2022 to 2023
• STEM-focused classroom, introducing and incorporating technology, such as Spheros, green-screens, VEX Robotics, and 3D printing and design, into PBL curriculum units
• Coordinated and led schoolwide 'Hour of Code' Day to introduce computer programming to all elementary classes.
