Baking and Cooking

I opened a home based business in 2005, Silver Platter Creations. I had to close it when my daughters were born in 2007. The majority of my business were cakes; from weddings, birthdays, graduations, and everything in between. I catered a few small graduations. However, I did also manage three Subway Sandwiches for ten plus years. I have been certified by the health department in the past, and my stores were always compliant. Licensing requirements were always met.
