Job Duties include, not limited to:
• 10-12 teams of 30 new hires in a 12+ week training program. Trainers as direct reports, indirect reports of learners.
• Follow company and client guidelines for successful training and retention of knowledge.
• Constantly monitoring and influence positive impact on key KPIs. Through the new hire process Ensures administrative requests coming from Client are steady and completed within deadlines.
• Review and oversee Invoice Issuance.
• Ensures Accuracy Audits are analyzed, and action plans are discussed/presented with a progress tracking after implementation (which includes daily inspections).
