Kristine Mueller

Full-time experience teaching biology, chemistry, and forensic science. Served as a credit recovery instructor using Edmentum and Tutor software. Provided instructional support through Knights for Knowledge. Served on the School Site Council for two years. Participation in the Brilliance Project to develop standards-based biology curriculum.

Taught 6th grade math and science and 8th grade science.

Cultivated innovative instruction in the field of chemistry.

Implementation of the Irvine Math Project to supplement the curriculum with a hands-on/real world approach. Edulastic and Illuminate used for data analysis, assessments, and spiral review. Taught Project Alert and administered the SBAC and CAST Summative Assessments in math and science.

Pro-Act trained in crisis management. Special training and experience with autism, seizures, visually impaired and mobility. One on one Algebra teaching and integration assistance into the mild to moderate program. Worked with a wide range of students with varying ability levels.

Taught Biology I, II, AP, Honor's, Physical Science of the Earth, and Integrated Science. Certification in AP Biology professional development. Won numerous STEM Grants in Biotechnology/Forensics/ Microbiology and raised money for Merit Scholarships as a club sponsor.
