I have over 20 years of experience with Customer Service. I am the main person to handle all customer complaints and issues with their furniture. I schedule 2 service technicians weekly to inspect the furniture. I then order any part needed or submit a claim to our corporate offices for review. If parts are needed i schedule a follow-up service when they arrive. I also balance the daily work and make bank deposits. I also track orders and update customers with the status. I maintain the schedules for the sales people at 2 locations. I am available to answer any questions the sales people may have. I also monitor our hiring website and schedule interviews as needed.
