  • Serve as a point of contact for new physician / provider onboarding: coordinate credentialing, paperwork, training, system access, and ensure all regulatory/compliance requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Deliver platform demos to physicians and provider groups to illustrate DaVita’s tools, processes, or clinical/operational offerings.
  • Organize and lead orientation sessions, Q&A forums, or training workshops for new providers, helping them understand workflows, clinical documentation systems (e.g., note-systems), policies, and how to engage with DaVita’s culture of quality and patient care.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nephrologists, and practice managers; partner with internal teams (operations, clinical leadership, business development) to align expectations and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor onboarding progress: track metrics like credentialing completion, system activation, provider satisfaction, demo conversion, and address any bottlenecks.
  • Collect feedback from providers during/after onboarding or demos, identify issues or gaps, escalate or resolve these, and iterate on the onboarding process.
  • Ensure providers have full understanding of DaVita’s value proposition, services (e.g., home dialysis, CKD-education programs), capabilities, and how to use DaVita’s technology/tools.
  • Prepare training materials, documentation, presentations, and other resources / job aids to support onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
