This job consist of being in-charge of other officers.

• I had to manage different post that we had, including speaking with customers.
• I made sure that we had a safety meeting every week to decrease in injury or misunderstanding.
• I made sure the officers had everything that they needed for a successful workday.
• Worked on Armed post like bars, sporting events, VA protection, and personal protection.

• As a asset protection manager, I would be in charge of anything that would cost shrinkage in the company, which means customers or employee stealing or product that we should’ve got on a truck that we did not receive. I would do this with surveillance with almost 200 cameras.
• I was also in charge of safety in the store which means making sure spill stations and first a stations are stocked and up-to-date.
• If a customer or employee gets hurt in the store is my job to make sure everything goes smoothly and everybody is safe.
• It would be my job to make sure everybody is safe if there would be a robbery, chemical spill, a fire, a tornado, or even a missing child.

It was a lot going into being a franchise manager with this company managing 75+ employees.

• Staying fit to be able to get onto a truck to move furniture a team needs help.

• Keeping up with truck maintenance

• I would open the store up and close every day.
• I would have to count drawers at the end of the night.
• I would have to attend meetings.
• I would have to make sure there’s no theft going on.
• I would have to unload the weekly truck and deal with our vendors daily.
• I would stock shelves and work on a register.

My every day job was to work on the machinery as needed behind the pen machines.

• Operating up to 60 machines at once.
• Making sure if there was a problem that it got fixed quickly to keep our paying customers happy.
• Sometimes I would have to repair the ball rotator in the front.
