Leads and directs HVAC, process piping, and plumbing projects. In consultation with clients and general contractor management, prepares project submittals and develops detailed plans and recommendations to accomplish goals. Coordinate work responsibilities and scheduling within the project team, and provides technical support to the team. Communicates issues with other parties involved in the project (e.g., clients, designers, architects, structural, civil and electrical engineers and contractors). Provides quality control and performs administrative functions including the preparation of technical reports as needed. Assists principals in preparing additional service requests. Verified completed projects met approved time, quality, and cost estimates. Developed and executed pre-construction milestones on project schedule. Obtained building and specialty permits from local jurisdictional agencies.

Involved in mechanical and plumbing construction under the project management. Attend project design coordination meetings with Architects, Engineers and Contractors. Perform field surveys to verify existing HVAC and plumbing systems. Review installation shop drawings and project product submittals. Review construction documents for quality control and quality assurance. Respond to contractor's Request For Information (RFI). Review requests for Change Orders. Review contractor's application for payment. Provide Services During Construction (SDC). Prepare LEED documentation requirements. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
