I have been inployed in the hog business for 27 years now,stated out with carrolls food in 1997,worked on sow farms and worked my way up to make supervisor i all three departments,farrowing,breeding and nursery/finishing,I have managed at the holmes complex ,managed farm 99476,and curritly managing the waters farm houses 1 through 5,and also the mm farm,houses 1,2 and 3,these are ween to finish farms,I understand the way the pig flows go ,and understand that the hogs have to sold at a certain date to get ready for next group of hogs,hogs also need to be a certain weight when they are sold
