Console Operator (Delta V) and Field Operator. Operating an amine unit, glycol unit, natural gas fired generators for power generation, and a 300 MCFD natural gas cryogenic recycle split vapor process plant . Improved ethane recoveries from 95% to a highest record number of 99.4% while using less horsepower from refrigeration than previous operations.

Console Operator (Wonderware) and Field Operator. Operating an amine unit, glycol unit, and natural gas cryogenic unit gas subcooled process a 200 MCFD plant . Would run this plant occasionally by myself on nights and weekends being the only person at the plant. Came up with innovative plans to decrease plant downtime during major maintenance projects. Trained employees on safe and efficient ways to operate.

Process Operator, Console (Delta V) and Field. ISBL area operated two crude distillation units with stabilizer, C3/C4 splitter and sour water unit. LPG area operated C3/C4 molecular sieve dehydration, refrigeration, and cold storage to transfer to semi and filly refrigerated tankers. OSBL area operated tank farm transfers of crude and various products down pipelines and to tankers. Worked closely with HSSE, administration, engineering, maintenance and vendors on planning of and executing unit, tank, equipment, pipeline, construction, commissioning, turnarounds and various other maintenance projects. Developed and implemented procedures for majority of the plant such as pump start ups and pump shut downs to unit startups and unit shutdowns and improving existing procedures. Developed digital LOTO's and Blind Lists for majority of plant equipment and units with accompanying digitally marked up P&ID's. Trained new hires as well as seasoned operators on Tank Farm Area (OSBL), LPG Area and ISBL areas of the plant. Worked as designated Subject Matter Expert in the LPG area to develop the official training manual for the LPG Area.

Office management and manage computer systems, obtain complex data and organize it for interpretation, handle new office projects and identify new ways to improve the efficiency of the office as a whole. Other office duties were to handle technology support for the office. I also would aid the doctor in scribing and handling the interpretation of his patient's medical record files.

Maintained residential commercial and foreclosed home properties, built decks and various home improvement/renovation projects. Operate mowers, tractors, front end loaders, straight blades, and other heavy equipment as well as maintained the equipment and transportation.
