I am 62 years old and a retired Paramedic. I was honorable discharged from the United States Army in August of 1984. I served 3 and a half years and joined shortly after graduating from high school. After the Army, I worked as an Emergency Medical Technicion full time at North Memorial Medical Center for 5 years. I enrolled in some college classes on my off time. I put my college classes on hold while I attended Paramedic School. After becoming a Paramedic, I was hired as a paramedic at Hennepin County Medical Center in downtown Minneapolis. I worked as a Paramedic for the next 27 and a half years until I retired in January of 2017. Worked for a brief time at Burl Oaks Country Club in Minnesota before moving to Cape Coral, Florida. I was Don Katula's personal driver for two years. As a Paramedic, I managed Paramedic Students and probationary paramedics as new hires.
