- Assist and support Intel customer implementation of multiple different technologies:
- SPDK, DPDK, CXL, NVMe of Kernel, RDMA, OpenVino, VTune
- Researched, validated, and debugged customer issues across multiple different platforms
- Drive customer implementation of software by providing support through technical documents, presentations, and leading meetings between Intel and customers

- Also created automated test cases to verify the functionality of the website using selenium python.
