The Reservation Support Escalation Specialist works closely with members to offer support and find solutions for their in-travel needs. This includes everything from missed flights, relocations, and schedule changes. Works closely with internal departments and suppliers to support positive resolutions. Works back-office queues to support the business.

• Answers calls to assist members with in-travel issues.

• Contacts members regarding hotel renovations and assists with relocations.

• Works air schedule queue including contacting members with schedule changes and options.

• Works reservations support queues.

• Processes requests for refunds and charges pre-travel.

• Handles complaints in the best interest of both the member and the company.

• Processes and works projects and reports as assigned.

• Communicates with members verbally and in writing regarding various aspects of their reservation.

● Served in numerous leadership positions throughout Three (3) deployments in Iraq.

● Mentored Rangers, ensuring a high level of readiness, training, and positive work-life balance.

● Responsible for overseeing supply chain logistics for a platoon of fifty soldiers.

● Troop Commander of a Stryker vehicle.

● Provided timely written, and oral performance evaluations to Rangers under my supervision.

● Granted a Secret Security clearance, maintaining confidential and proprietary information for several years.
