At the Framingham location, I helped turn things around by rebuilding the team, retraining staff, and creating better day-to-day systems — boosting morale and increasing foot traffic by over 100 people a month. My work ethic comes from growing up in my family’s business, Kettle Korn Express, where I learned that every sale matters and every customer deserves your best. That mindset has stuck with me.
