I am currently working for KeKe’s Breakfast Café; I was hired as a server with future supervisor intentions. I have been crossed trained through all FOH positions with KeKe’s and have grown with them this past year. Previous to my employment with KeKe’s Café, I took the position as a salary manager for Millers Ale House and was with there company for 5 years. I ran the service department and worked my way up to manage the bar. I was given the responsibility as head coach. I was in charge of hiring FOH and BOH staff, conducting orientation, and facilitating head coach certification meetings. I also trained to conduct any HR or admin responsibilities alongside my GM. I would truly love to work in an HR position. I really enjoyed admin and learning policy, documentation, and the ability to still be hands on traveling to location if needed. I love to teach and train and would thrive in this position. I love my career in hospitality, and would like to gain as much experience as possible, still remaining within the restaurant just in another place.
