  • Worked with an international non-profit (TechnoServe) client and experts to design a participatory workshop for climate resiliency planning implemented in 7 regions of Honduras.
  • Evaluated my clients' approach to capacity building.
  • Designed a survey deployed to 1,637 smallholder coffee farmers in 4 Latin American countries, driving data backed-strategies for the workshop design and implementation.
  • Organized and led training sessions for coffee farmer trainers, equipping them with the necessary tools to carry out the participatory workshop in 7 regions of Honduras.
