My first 6 months in Real Estate I was with a brokerage learning and getting training, but had no transactions. My second 6 months I closed 11 Zillow leads, 1 personal lead and 3 broker leads totaling 15 closing and 5 million in volume.
My second year in Real Estate I closed 17 transactions totaling 5.5 million in transactions from personal referrals and opcity leads.
This year has been much slower for me, I have a closing Dec 15th which will make 7 transactions closed totaling 2 million in sales, plus 1 current listing.
My number one strength is working with clients. I work hard, communicate well and give them 150%. All of the clients that I have worked with will tell you that I truly cared about them and their needs, answered all of their calls and texts immediately and negotiated on their behalf to get them the best deal and to get their offer accepted in a very tough buyers market. I work very well with others and keep everyone in the transaction on the same page and moving forward, even when we have faced some challenging situations that could have caused a deal to fall apart. From the moment I request another agents listing until we close, I establish and keep consistent and friendly communication, which I feel helps tremendously in getting offers accepted and getting to close. I feel that my emotional intelligence, strong work ethic and care for others is what makes me a great Realtor.
I work very hard and dedicate 24/7 to Real Estate because I truly love it. My biggest struggle is getting leads. I do social media, but I am not getting any leads from it.
Coming into your market will most likely take some adjusting and learning. South Florida is so different from my current market with price points here being more in the $300-600k range, but I take direction well and learn quickly.
