This is my 25th year in bartending services. My initial background came from me not only certifying servers in alcohol awareness class which was called barcode, I also did orientation courses. Aunt was a certified corporate trainer as a Hooters girl for 10 years. I started in 1998. I used to travel the country doing store openings to teach the concept to all the new hires to teach them the proper wait staff and bartending skills for safe and responsible alcohol service. I have a passion for this job. I love interacting with people. I enjoy what I do. It's important to come to work with a winning attitude. With all of my years of experience, I still continue to learn more everyday and that's important.

-Certified corporate trainer as a hooter girl from 1998 till 2006. Traveled all over the country opening up new locations. It was a fantastic opportunity and a lot of fun meeting new people and seeing new places.

- deemed morning bar manager by owner, May Sue Chin at Mon Jin Lau. She allowed me to oversee liquor ordering so we did not run out or have too much of product on hand at time. I was also responsible for putting away orders and maintaining a cleaning schedule for not only myself but for the other days where I was not there to tend to the bar or cleaning to keep the facility at its best.
