Letter of Recommendation

Recommendation Letter for Kristyn Daniel

To Whom It May Concern,

It is with the utmost gratitude and enthusiasm that I write this letter to recommend Kristyn as a caregiver. She has been an irreplaceable part of our family, and there are truly no words to express how fortunate we were to have her care for our daughter. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every way imaginable, and I could not have asked for a more loving, reliable, and dedicated nanny.

Our daughter absolutely adores Kristyn, and it’s easy to see why. She provided not only exceptional care but also a deep sense of warmth, patience, and attentiveness that made every day special. Whether it was engaging her in creative activities, fostering her development, or simply offering comforting hugs when needed, Kristyn always approached her role with genuine love and devotion. She was not just a caregiver, she became an extension of our family.

Beyond her incredible ability to nurture, Kristyn is dependable, responsible, and always willing to go the extra mile. She consistently anticipated our daughter’s needs, managed daily routines seamlessly, and even helped with tasks beyond what was expected. Her kindness, positivity, and gentle nature made our home a happier place, and knowing our daughter was in her care gave us the greatest peace of mind.

Saying goodbye to Kristyn is truly heartbreaking, as she has left an undeniable mark on our hearts. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her, and I wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation. If you have the opportunity to welcome her into your home, know that you are getting not just an exceptional nanny, but a person who will love and care for your child as if they were her own.

Please feel free to contact me at Hannah.hawley1007@gmail.com or 616.644.3409, if you would like to discuss her exceptional qualities further.

Sincerely, Hannah Hawley 616.644.3409

To Whom It May Concern,
Man... I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Kristyn Daniel.
I moved to Grand Rapids with my newborn daughter and had only a month before returning to
work from maternity leave. I didn’t know the area, I didn’t know anyone, and I was honestly
desperate to find someone I could trust with my baby during one of the most vulnerable seasons
of my life. Finding Kristyn felt nothing short of heaven-sent.
Kristyn was so much more than a nanny. She became a friend, family, and a steady presence
during a time when I truly needed support. She loved my daughter as if she were her own, and
just as importantly, she took care of me too. She anticipated needs before I even voiced them,
paid attention to the smallest details, and showed up each day with warmth, intention, and
genuine care.
As a first-time mom, I had very specific expectations, routines, and worries—and Kristyn
respected every single one of them. But she also gently guided me, helping me think through
ways to curate a thoughtful, customized experience for my daughter as she grew. She never
overstepped, never dismissed my instincts, and always made me feel confident rather than
judged. That kind of balance is rare.
What stands out most is how deeply intentional she was. Nothing felt rushed or careless. Every
interaction with my daughter was grounded in love, patience, and presence. I trusted her
completely, and that peace of mind is something I will always be grateful for.
Leaving Grand Rapids was incredibly hard for many reasons, but saying goodbye to Kristyn was
one of the most difficult parts. If I hadn’t moved, she would have been a part of my daughter’s
care for life—without question.
Any family lucky enough to have Kristyn in their home will gain someone extraordinary. She is
dependable, loving, intuitive, and truly special. I cannot recommend her more wholeheartedly.
With deep gratitude,

Camille Turner
