Kritika Bajracharya

I enrolled in the barista training of Himalayan Java and attended the classes for about 20 days then they also had a 10 days internship program which I also attended after completeing the training courses and learned how to start up a coffee shop, served drinks, made few drinks and closed up.

I performed volunteered works in this NGO for a month once a week on the weekends by serving meals, conducting activities for the people residing there for example organized board games. I also made donations and handled the donations made by other people at times in this NGO.

For learning purposes, I worked as an intern handling customer service and monitoring the CEO's schedule. I also had an internal Business assessment that I conducted on this agency, so I got to look at their financials and assess their balance sheet, as well as any challenges I discovered based on their financials and geographical location.
