  • Involved in the planning, forecasting and maximum utilization of the resources by closely working with the delivery teams
  • Responsible for managing utilization at BU & MSO Level with set Targets at Corporate level
  • Ensure billability %age is maintained while project ramp downs and project resource releases are handled proactively to maximize & maintain utilization

  • WFM Operations:
  • Making different business cuts for Net Lateral Addition with Attrition forecast and Joining pipeline
  • Inducting new arrivals on the staffing processes and WFM function highlights
  • Validating and authorizing the transfer requests and process in-line with the company policy
  • Coordinating separation process of bench and non-deployable resources in-line with the company & statutory policies
  • Working on cross-training/up-skilling of un-utilized and aspiring resources
  • Tracking on hiring status (Offshore & Onsite) and getting them billed as soon as the talent joins/ minimize bench time
