I am a PhD candidate in Clinical Bioanalytical Chemistry at Cleveland State University. My work focuses on proteomics of lung adenocarcinoma and Solid Lipid Nanoparticles as gene delivery platform to treat this deadly disease. I have my research experience in nanotechnology, synthesis and modification of solid lipid nanoparticles as nano drug, gene carriers, and proteomics. My expertise include Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy-dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy and Dynamic Light Scattering. I previously worked as a visiting researcher at Cleveland Clinic where my research mainly focused on proteomics of male infertility and gained experience in the field of andrology before joining PhD. I am a dependable PhD candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I am also a goal oriented teaching assistant caring with students of different learning levels and backgrounds. I am hard working and a passionate job seeker with strong organizational skill eager to secure entry-level position.
Studying Clinical Chemistry, Advanced Biochemistry, Spectroscopic techniques, Biotechnology techniques, Macromolecular structure and dynamics, Special topics in clinical chemistry, etc. Currently, working on the lipid nanoparticles as the delivery system for the siRNA for the treatment of diseases like cancers. Lipid nanoparticles are organic and reduce toxicity, increase sensitivity and are the best option to use as sustained drug delivery. I am also involved in writing research articles and teaching students.
