Biographical statement: Krysta Sands, MSN, APRN, NP-C, graduated from South University in 2019 with her Master's in Nursing with Specialization in Family. She went into Occupational Specialization shortly after attaining her license to practice. She has a total of 10 years experience in Nursing with a total of 6 in the medical practice setting. She opened her own Occupational Clinic in 2021 to perform Occupational Readiness and Preventative Exams. Not only that, but she performs many Toxic Substances exposure exams for Veterans as well. As Owner, she implemented preventative education for her clients on managing their chronic diseases to remain in the workplace. Furthermore, she has served in leadership roles to include advanced practice Councils and Preceptorship of Students.
