  • Manage all the DMV Registrations for every single truck, or piece of equipment that the company owns this number is over 1000 units
  • I keep track of 90-day Inspections for every unit, these and are to make sure the units are running properly and safely for the operators
  • I work in Excel daily I pull reports from our system that we use and convert it to Excel in order to be able to filter and find the information I need, from trucks active every month in different power locations like PG&E for each crew, as well as what units that are active and not active, what units are due for inspections and maintenance

  • We have switched to a new computer system called Holman, previous system was called Fleetio, so I feel I can adjust to any new system needed to get the job done
  • I have had to transfer all trucks and units DMV information over to the new system making sure all information is accurate
  • Constantly communication with my team mates as well as all the General Forman who oversees their crews to make sure their units are running properly and effectively, threw email or phone calls

  • After recording is complete, I create the invoice to send out to the applicant to retrieve payment for our services
  • After invoices are all sent out, I create the Owners and Lenders Policies and mail them out to the Lender and Buyer
  • While policy jackets are made, I enter our Liability and Premium amounts into our Excel sheet to retrieve the remittance and to keep track of what is coming in and going out
