· Provides superior customer service to the Alumni population and guests.
· Provides financial management for class and reunion related transactions.
· Assist with financial dues solicitation and adjustments.
· Provides administrative support to three Class Liaison Assistant Directors
· Provides support for class-related postal mailings, including coordination with Gift and Records Services and Yale Printing and Publishing Services
· Maintains and Monitors event registration in Swoogo database.
· Review event reports and ensure that alumni participation in Yale College Class events is tracked in the university’s alumni database (Hopper
· Provides event management support to Class Liaison team including mini-reunions, and other class events.
· Provides onsite support for Yale College Reunions and other events held on campus
