As the Property Manager and Assistant Manager for a Class B asset with 176 units, I oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management experience for both residents and ownership. This includes but not limited to: Budget & Expense Management, Evictions & Resident Accounts, Outreach Marketing, and Resident Engagement & Events.
