- I am currently an employee at Atlas Organics and I am seeking to grow within the company. Since i've been employed with Atlas Organics I have learned a lot. In 2021 i started off as a spotter on the greenside. I then got the opportunity to drive the dump truck hauling loads of mulch to ASP's, backing over pipes, hauling rock.. etc. Shortly after i was offered the operators position operating our front end loaders. I assisted with day-to-day operations. (Ex.) loading dump trucks, pushing up greenwaste as well as loading outbound material on walking floor trucks and working efficiently and productively with all team members. As a operator i learned how to run different types of screeners that were brought to the site (DEMO) as well as the ones we have on site. (Besides the Edge). I've learned how to build ASP's from the ground up as well as navigate through Xio to start and stop batches. As our site began to grow i began running retail and loading small customers at CU03 becoming the scalehouse operator. i adapted quickly as i was already familiar communicating with sales and customers. i learned Fulcrum and our sites scalehouse duties. I am currently taking a Excel Beginners to Advanced course. I'm very passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement.
