Promoted to HR Business Partner and appointed member of the Executive Leadership Team, with a strategic mandate to partner with business leaders in achieving corporate and organizational objectives.

  • M&A Leadership: Served as a key HR partner to the Executive Leadership Team throughout multiple M&A initiatives—including pre-merger planning, due diligence, and integration strategy. This work culminated in the successful sale of 2seventy bio to Bristol Myers Squibb (deal closed May 13, 2025), and I led the execution of full-scope integration efforts (ongoing).
  • Talent Strategy Ownership: Held end-to-end accountability for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Acted as a thought leader in organizational design, talent planning, and people strategies through multiple transformation phases—from the 2022 spinout (453 FTEs) to the 2025 BMS acquisition (67 FTEs).
  • Right-Sized Talent Strategies: Designed and implemented fit-for-purpose talent initiatives, including succession planning, internal mobility frameworks, and scalable people programs to support evolving business needs.
