  • Merger & Acquisition - Assisted with the merger of Walker Methodist and Knute Nelson to form Vivie, coordinated a unified benefit enrollment experience across both organizations in two separate UKG instances.   • HRIS – Utilized UKG (Ultipro) to create benefit modules for enrollment and maintain accurate team member data and benefit eligibility. Implemented file feeds and new benefit enrollment system Benefits Hub.
