To obtain an administrative position where I can utilize my skills, abilities, and experience to foster growth within a company.
I started off by working in the CVS caremark department assisting customers with insurance information, running test claims, doing overrides for rx, and assisting in the best way possible. I then got moved to CVS Extra care where I assisted customers with their coupons and extra bucks. I am currently working for CVS CR as a Lead Customer Service Representative assisting customers with their complaints, praises, products and also making sure they get transfered over to the correct department for further assistance. I also pull the Que everyday and watch the Que to see if anyone is in differnet aux's and let manger know as well as pulling the daily attendance with the Aux's used for the day and email them to my manger, I close out incendents on a daily basis, listen to agents calls as well as grade them, Answer any questions any agents may have in the Team chat to help assist their customers, worked on system issues, and also trained agents in Abay classes.
