• Repair of Actuators and Valves such as Fisher, Valtek, CCI, Copes Vulcan, Bettis, and Granel.
• Examination of seat plugs, valves stems, cage, O rings, bushings, diaphragms, yokes, and top hats.
• Installed and calibrated positioners such as Fisher 3582, Fisher 3510, Bailey AV1.
• Hand Calibration for bench set, valve stroke length, and regulated pressure.
• Experience using Votes Infinity software, Quicklook, and Viper to examine data. Such as diaphragm pressure, i/p pressure, stroke length, positioner output, torque and thrust.
